    The same thing happened to me. Make sure you double check what you need. It turns out that I needed CLR1LG not CLR1. DJS doesn t carry the LG item so I just lost a lot of money.

    Apparently Deb changed the nozzle shape and this does not work with our Deb dispensers. I called Deb directly and the woman answering the phone was clueless to what I was trying to explain. The refill fits inside but the nozzle tip does not fit the right way into the newer dispensers. Super frustrating! Looks like Deb needs to send everyone on here complaing the new nozzle tips which actually slide right off of the bottle.
