ABM has successfully completed its acquisition of RavenVolt.
ABM announced the US$170 million purchase of the Alpharetta, Georgia-based provider of turn-key microgrid systems last month. The deal expands ABM’s technical solutions capabilities, complementing the company’s Bundled Energy, eMobility, and Power Solution business segments.
